The film showcases a series of weather conditions, material ageing, and locations throughout the building’s existence. Located in Cornwall's clay county, the historical China clay pits serve as the backdrop to a collection of proposed cottages that embrace a forgotten Cornish vernacular to safeguard the forgotten mining landscape. The new communities revive traditional Cornish craftsmanship and ornamentation while incorporating innovative autonomous technologies.
